THE ALPHA COURSE
Alpha
You are invited to Alpha – a chance to explore life and the Christian faith in a friendly, informal and open environment.
When: Wednesdays 7.15 – 9pm @ St Lawrence Church, Effingham.
Each evening starts with a ‘Bread and Cheese’ mini-supper. All are welcome. No costs involved.
Why come?

- To prepare for Confirmation
- A chance to take part in lively discussions
- To enjoy some good company
- Differences of opinion are welcome and to be celebrated

- 23rd October: How Can I Have Faith?
- 6th November: Why and how Should I Read the Bible?
- 13th November: Why and How Do I Pray?
- 20th November: How Can I Resist Evil?
- Saturday 23rd November ‘Holy Spirit Day’: @ St Lawrence Church Hall, Effingham
